Delivery
You choose the delivery method at checkout. You can choose between the methods "shipping" or "pick up" when you pick up the item yourself from our warehouse
If you choose the delivery method "shipping", you will receive delivery with an external shipping company. We cooperate with Postnord when shipping small items and medium-sized items. For larger items such as furniture, we offer home delivery via smaller local transport companies.
Our normal delivery times are 5-10 days. Bulky and extra fragile goods such as furniture are delivered about once a month. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you must contact us at the email address: info@stilbyran.se.
The environment
We pack in recycled material, as far as possible!
Shipping price
We have agreements with local transport companies to be able to offer lower shipping prices for furniture. We favor the small-scale and local, while you get cheaper shipping with home delivery via personal service.
If you want special arrangements, such as faster delivery (see point 1 below), transport insurance, or live very far away (see point 2 below), we will arrange it via Schenker. If so, email us at info@stilbyran.com before you place the order, and we will give you a quote for any shipping surcharge on regular shipping before you complete the payment in the online store.
1) What is faster delivery? Faster delivery is booked via our agreement with Schenker. Then you can get express delivery in 1 day of everything you want.
2) What is remote? The local freight companies operate in the Gothenburg area and between Stockholm and Malmö along the major roads, as well as shorter detours from this route are included in the agreement for normal freight costs. Any longer detours from this route are "remote" and give extra supplements/miles and are therefore a special arrangement.
Our shipping prices for interior details are set at four levels within Sweden :
SEK 69 is the shipping price for smaller items. These are sent with Postnord via agent.
SEK 159 is the shipping price for larger items. That is, a larger package, but not necessarily heavy. These are sent with Postnord via agent.
SEK 289 is the shipping price for larger and heavier items. These are sent with Postnord via agent.
The prices above relating to interior details are automatically entered at checkout when you select the delivery method shipping.
Our shipping prices for furniture are set at the following levels :
Furniture is sent within the Gothenburg area with a 6 mile radius from SEK 700 depending on the distance. Door to door with local carrier. Often fast delivery within the next few days up to a week.
- Gothenburg/south of Gbg in the vicinity of SEK 700
Freight further away (such as to Stockholm/Malmö or towns along the E6) costs SEK 700-1500 depending on the size of the goods. Door to door with local carrier.
- Half stool SEK 700 (smaller coffee table)
- Full pallet SEK 1000 (ex. cabinet)
- Larger objects/3 full pallets SEK 1,500 (ex. sofa)
Surcharge per mile SEK 70 for longer detours from the major roads in Sweden. These shipments have a longer delivery time. In some cases, the route runs once a month.
If you want other arrangements, such as extra fast delivery, insurance etc., we can of course still send via our contractual partner Schenker. This also applies to those who live more remote in the country, as the local shipping companies mainly operate in the southern and central parts of Sweden.
The prices above relating to furniture are not always indicated at checkout when you choose the delivery method "Shipping", but are supplemented afterwards. Instead, you enter "Pick-up" as the shipping method and you will be charged for the shipping afterwards as agreed via email. Write a comment to us when you place the order that shipping is desired.
Customers in the Nordics and Northern Europe pay the following prices for shipping :
SEK 229 is the shipping price for smaller items up to 2 kg with L+W+H 90 cm.
SEK 369 is the shipping price for medium-sized items up to 3 kg with L+W+H 110 cm
SEK 479 is the shipping price for goods 3-10 kg bulk weight with length+circumference 300 cm.
